Who I Am
I'm Weiner Crumbly, an international bestselling author, publisher, speaker, certified life coach, and founder of H.E.R.S on Purpose™, a platform dedicated to helping women write, build, and secure their legacy.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, I spent more than three decades in healthcare as a Medical Laboratory Scientist and Administrative Laboratory Director, leading teams, developing leaders, and serving patients through some of life's most critical moments. Those experiences taught me the importance of purpose, preparation, resilience, and impact.
Today, I help women discover their voice, share their story, strengthen their leadership, and build a legacy that extends beyond their lifetime through authorship, education, mentorship, and community.
I am also the founder of She Inspires, Inc., a registered nonprofit organization focused on literacy, storytelling, leadership development, wellness awareness, and legacy-building initiatives that empower women, youth, and families.
As a breast cancer survivor, I understand firsthand how quickly life can change. That journey deepened my commitment to helping others live intentionally, share their stories boldly, and prepare for the future with confidence.

In 2025, my life changed with a breast cancer diagnosis.
Like so many women, I faced uncertainty, surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, setbacks, and the emotional weight that often accompanies a life-changing diagnosis. Through every challenge, my faith, family, and purpose carried me forward.
Today, I am proud to be a breast cancer survivor.
That journey deepened my understanding of resilience, strengthened my commitment to serving others, and expanded my vision for helping women navigate life's unexpected seasons with courage and hope.
I know what it feels like to sit in the waiting room.
I know what it feels like to hear difficult news.
I know what it feels like to wonder what comes next.
I also know that healing is about more than treatment. It is about rediscovering purpose, rebuilding confidence, and
learning how to live fully again.
